Mommyssage offers a firm yet gentle massage, that is careful not to overlengthen ligaments while providing that much-needed relief.
Massage is excellent for any stage of pregnancy; not only does massage help counter the effects of stress hormones on the body, but it helps to release toxins from the body through lymphatic stimulation.
About Us
Lena, the owner, is certified in prenatal massage and has been exclusively performing prenatal massage for her clients since 2013. She believes in the benefits of frequent massage during pregnancy and is licensed by the State of Florida, License #MA69499.
Pregnancy massage has become a passion of Lena’s ever since she attended massage school while pregnant. She truly believes in the power of massage and it is something she can attest to from her own birth experience.
Onella is a dedicated and certified service provider specializing in prenatal massage. She holds certification is many different modalities including lymphatic drainage and body contour with wood therapy and cavitation. She is licensed by the State of Florida, Lic #MA103614
